Femnoire / Gendernoire Femme

Femnoire / Gendernoire Femme - A feminine/xenic gender identity that is influenced by neon colors as well as a gender that feels dark, mysterious, and "busy," like a crowded street, but not overwhelmingly so. (A sort of complementary identity to Femdoux, coined by @/ideas-of-immortality.)

This flag is inspired by the femdoux flag with the use of colors from the synthic/retraeic/vaporic flag.
