I have a history of getting injured

Before we start I have a wonderful home life, and I'm not particularly clumsy but I get injured very easily. When I was almost one year old I was at daycare, and fascinated by door hinges, so naturally I stuck my hand in one. When the teacher came through the door and closed it it shattered my right second to last finger. When it finally healed there was so much scar tissue that I can't bend the second knuckle, and never will be. In kindergarten I went to the doctor for getting rocks stuck up my nose and ear Again in kindergarten I fell on the slides opening a gash on my forehead big enough that I needed six stitches. Next year in first grade my sister jumped on my leg (looking story) and broke my femur bone and putting me into a cast for a few months. Interestingly enough it was the same leg same bone she had broken herself two years earlier! While at a camp I went to the hospital for a mixture of heat exhaustion and food poisoning I cut my left hand with a hatchet that needed six stitches. I pretty sure I got a concussion throwing a rock, skiing, and running head first into a tree.

You'd think sleeping on my side wouldn't be too painful for my back considering the vertebrae I broke is only attached to a floating rib. But it's actually very painful. Also, I read that it's okay to sleep on your side with a broken vertebrae. I also read that you can sleep on your stomach that sounds amazing for a stomach sleeper! But I can hardly move to my side or any position because of my leg. Worst break combo.
