There's resources about teaching + anxiety, if you look for them that could help you, no one can do good teaching if they're getting panic attacks. Personally, I'd say that explaining and being like stupidly clear about what's going on and what to do helps, because if as a student you don't know what's going on or what to do you're more likely to waste time and be chaotic. What doesn't help is disproportionate discipline, too much and you feel demonised, too little and the teacher's not taking
