I love how for three out of the current nine generations of the Pokemon games, if you play as a boy and choose the grass starter, the female counterpart gets a starter that's closer to her anime counterpart!

First it was Gen 3, where if you pick Treecko, May gets Torchic.

Then in Gen 4, when you pick Turtwig, Dawn gets Piplup.

And then in Gen 6 if you pick Chespin, Serena gets Fenniken.
