oh hey since we're talking about scarsji, imagine the jumpscare I got when I went to check what Fenroo is and seeing his art as the site banner. it almost gave me the impression that it was another scarsji species at a glance. His style is easily recognizable to me because I call it the "Celestial Seas and Mantibabs lovechild" - whether it's a symprite, an alchen/amimir, a fenroo, or any OS design he's made, they all suffer the scarsji same face syndrome. Number one reason why I didn't ride the hype for his art or design. If you can overlook the pretty rendering, you'll see he can't design anything unique without copying someone else's OC.
