It had been a hectic few weeks for the Lord President and it felt good to finally be able to take some time to be himself rather than be a figurehead for a cause or the middle of a complicated love triangle. All right, so the latter was still being himself, but this was freedom at least. Having left his security to watch for any impending crisis, XI shifted the TARDIS to a random location and stepped out into the open air of a planet in a new reality.

“I can’t breathe ! ” He responded, not moving an inch. The shirt was too tight, he was afraid it would tear – and don’t even mention the pants. Those were squeezing the life out of him.
