Let’s stop always blaming owners for their dogs temperament. Should all dogs be managed so they don’t cause harm to others? ABSOLUTELY. But saying temperament issues are always the owners fault is just factually incorrect and does nothing but fill the owners with shame and make them less likely to reach out for help if they’re struggling with behavioural issues.

There are definitely times where dogs develop issues due to poor training and what not, but dogs CAN be genetically aggressive, environmentally sensitive etc and it’s not anything their owners have caused.

It’s NOT always the owners fault. 🙃
