Another day, another bunch of DUPs to try and get around without being seen. Great. Just what Reggie wanted to deal with.

He wasn't the most subtle person when he used his powers - he couldn't exactly ‘invisible’ his way past anyone like Delsin could, and his powers were linked to substances that were dark in appearance. Trying to run past the DUP using them in broad daylight would be a stupid move to make, so he chose to take the long way around instead.

Sneaking around alleyways wasn't exactly his thing, it never had been, not even as a cop. He was always wary of his surroundings, wandering if anyone was around, planning to jump him or something along those lines. And that is why he’s very quick to feel the gaze of someone else fall on his back mere moments before he turns sharply to find another woman near him, looking over in his direction.

“-Is there a problem?” It’s short and a bit too snappy, but then he didn't know what she was going to be like yet, and she had caught him at a tense moment.

          Screeches escaped his lips as he fought through the              minions that were far too weak to stop him. He doubted              that anyone could stop him at this point, the power surging              through his veins. Though, his movement came to a halt              once he noticed someone in the distance he had not yet              seen before. His limps twisted, until he stepped up straight              to look at the stranger.

                              “It’s quite brave of you, to show yourself in an                                unknown land, before someone like me. Tell                                me who you are, and I might spare you.”
