Barley will always be “puppy” in Murdoc’s mind. He’s not so much inclined on initiating sex, but he wouldn’t deny him either. A good friend takes care of one another, aye? More than anything though, Murdoc wants his puppy to be happy and healthy, and what better way to do that then tummy rubs, head scritches, and bonding bath times. He likes the way Barley looks different, though you’d wanna keep the tail out of his grabbing hands.

He just casually wiggled his fingers in the Soldier's general direction. "I guess? I mean I didn't want ta, but I couldn't really control myself."

Murdoc blinked at the answer, shifted his eyes to the wiggling finger before setting his gaze back at the pyro. “Did he stab ya first or was it out’a defense?”

"Well I uh, kinda did that. But with my fist."

Murdoc picked up one of Barley’s clawed hands and studied it for a moment before letting out a hearty chuckle. “Good. Did ya hurt ‘em good?”

For a quiet moment, he looked over at Murdoc with sad, tired eyes before speaking. "What do ya do when someone ya started trustin' stabs ya?"

“Y’stab ‘em right back in the fuckin’ face.” The soldiers was stoic.

Barley flopped forward a little bit more while trying to avoid eye contact with Murdoc. Though judging by his facial expression, he was a tad upset about something. "I guess..." He said more directly this time.

Amusing this RED. Murdoc always found Barley to be an interesting character. Not only the splice but just a whole. "Hmmn? N' y'wanna share what's on yer mind?" He asked casually, leaning back into the seat as he ran his hands over the pyro's back.
