i’d be more worried about those students considering louis has a gun.
you know I was just thinking he’d use his fists and antlers and 18 years of suppressed rage but there is that. there is the fact that he habitually walks around with a fucking handgun on him. you know, as you do at the city’s most prestigious boarding school.

Sometimes the bed feels too soft. Sheets too comfortable. Louis has rolled over a good eight times and looked at the clock at least ten. It feels wrong to be aware of such a length difference in legs, but he knows now not to sleep with the prosthetic on after it got stuck. His leg hurts even after downing more than a few prescription painkillers and taking a long cold bath to try to get the swelling down. It always makes him anxious when it starts to hurt. God knows Legosi has a tendency to do stupid things often enough he’s surprised he doesn’t get more shooting pains. It’s an impulse to snatch phone off bedside table and fire off a quick ‘are you doing something you shouldn’t be doing?’ text to the gay wolf.
“ if i didn't know your father was a businessman i would've taken him for someone in the armed forces. he really knows how to wield a taser. ” with a small whine the wolf settles over the lavish couch within his friend's mansion, cautious of his surroundings... wishing he could shrink further. by Rex if he broke something here he'd be paying his entire life savings. teary eyed he proceeds to rub his arm again.
Louis exhaled another weary sigh, and rubbed the space between his eyes.
“He takes home security very seriously...” Even Louis had been caught by surprise by the damn taser the first time (it didn’t help that his father and security back-up had burst into his room like that). “Does it still hurt?”
It had been one thing for his father to scare him with the taser--another for him to leave Louis in the position of apologizing to Legoshi for getting tased. He could argue it was Legoshi’s fault for showing up so late at night, and not just using the front door like a normal person, but he also felt slightly bad about it.
Truthfully, he was a little surprised Legoshi was still willing to come inside after that.

Honestly that’s why I liked it when they developed Juno and Louis’ relationship a bit more cause before they both had their prejudices against each others’ species and in that moment it was showing that Juno was a real threat against Louis cause of the Beastars title and the fact that she’s way better at putting up facades. If she’d been Tem’s murderer I feel she’d be much better at keeping up appearances until being discovered much more later in the story. (1/2)
Like I love and I write for Juno but I won’t deny the fact that if she wanted to be, she could be a real threat and someone not to be messed with. (2/2)
Same, that development is the reason I came around to it. And I don’t mean to wholly throw Juno under the bus. She’s a young, impulsive teenager, and as a young carnivore, it probably doesn’t even occur to her how inherently threatening she is to an herbivore, especially one with Louis’ past (of which she isn’t aware). She’s pretty intensely proud of being a wolf, and of her strength, but while she definitely meant to intimidate him, I don’t know that she considered the full impact of what she was doing.
I think she’s grown a lot since then, and matured, and I don’t think present-day Juno would do something like that again. But you’re right--if her development had gone the other way, more like Riz or any of the gangs in the Black Market, she could be a serious threat. That’s the thing with characters like Legoshi and Louis and Juno--they’re such forces of nature that turned to the light, they can do amazing things, but if you turn them the wrong way: yikes.
And certainly in that moment Louis is acutely aware of what a threat she could be. But once she lets up I do think he’s impressed in a morbid sort of way that she had the audacity to do what she did.
:)
... hello? What do you want, is this about how I wrote Gotz? Can I help you with something?
Ibuki-san are you... afraid of me ?
For legal purposes, I will decline to comment on any official record - THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN OFFICIAL RESPONSE AND IS IN NO WAY AN ADMISSION OF INVOLVEMENT IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES: you know what you did. It was justified, and I’m glad you did it, but you know what you did.
@feralinstinct it’s TRUE Juno is the alpha wolf in this anime
