Day spent with friends visiting a canteen in FranciaCorta. You can see the beautiful place and the valley it stands upon, with Iseo Lake down at the horizon - sadly this morning was a little unclear so you can’t see it extremely well.

At the end of the tour, the tasting time which I tried not to down too much (but I practically don’t drink so I just let my lips wet moderately).

It was a lovely day. Even masked we can have fun and experience the beauty of our Country and Region 🙏🏻💖

彼等のワイナリーを訪問したのは数年前の事。 僕らが到着すると満面の笑みで出迎えてくれた姉のラウラさんと、はにかんだ笑顔の弟マッテオさん。 彼等の人柄をそのまま味わいにしたようなFranciacortaがこの「Ferghettina」です。 栽培する葡萄からワインになるのは2割にも満たない彼等のFranciacortaの味わいを一言で表すなら「ピュア」でしょうか。 イタリアのスパークリングワインらしい柔らかな果実味はクリアで雑味がなく、それをクリーミーな泡立ちと豊富で滑らかな酸とミネラルが包み込むような味わい。 飲み飽きることのない、出来る事なら毎日飲みたいスプマンテ…スプマンテより更に上級なスパークリングワインを意味する「Bollicine」です。 このワインも、初めてテイスティングしたのは天現寺incanto。今と違って親父さんの時代のクラシックなラベルの頃。 どちらかと言えばシャンパーニュの方が好きだった僕にとってその味わいは衝撃的な旨さだったのを今でも覚えています。 彼等とFerghettinaのマグナムボトルを空けまくった5日間は僕の人生の宝物。 勿論ペペロッソでも提供しております🍾 是非お試しくださいませ😊 本日木曜日、藤本はお休みを頂戴しておりますがペペロッソはお客様とスタッフの安全第1に営業をしております🌶 #イタリアワイン好きな人と繋がりたい #ferghettina ペペロッソでクラウドファンディングを開設致しました！ ご支援のほどよろしくお願い致します🙇🏻‍♂️ https://camp-fire.jp/projects/view/281421 . #クラウドファンディング#キャンプファイヤー .
