Ingredients: 2 oz fermented tea. 1/2 oz ginger syrup. 1/2 oz turmeric-infused simple syrup. 1 oz fresh lime juice. 2 dashes aromatic bitters. Ginger slice and lime wheel for garnish.
Instructions: In a shaker, combine fermented tea, ginger syrup, turmeric-infused simple syrup, lime juice, and aromatic bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of ginger and a lime wheel. Serve and enjoy!
