The Black and White Flowers of Elise part 1

Elise sighed contentedly as she turned in her bed, loving the warm feeling of it. It was nice and comfortable... "Miss Elise, it's time to wake up." Said the soft voice of someone. "Mm... go 'way..." she mumbled, turning away. A soft laugh, "Really, my lady? The Prince expects you to come to see him for training." Still, Elise refused to leave her bed, "Noooo..." Someone else was there, "I got her." A hand touched her ear and then- "Ah!" Elise jumped as she felt a small singe, "R-Rinkah! That wasn't funny!" The fire tribe woman simply smiled, "You weren't waking up. Kaze tried to." Kaze smiled softly, yet sheepish. The door opened, revealing her older sister, Hinoka. "Big sister!" Elise chirped, getting out of bed. "Good morning, Elise." Her big sister smiled and patted her head when she came up to her. "G-good morning, Elise." Greeted her other sister, "Sakura! Good morning!" She sang, letting Hinoka go to hug her. "Ryouma is waiting for you." Hinoka said, "Training day, Elise." She groaned, "I don't want to! I wanna play with big sister Azura and Sakura!" Sakura giggled, "Let's p-play after, I promise." Elise beamed, "Yay! I'm so happy, I can play with you!" The walk to Ryouma was a fast one, while Elise wasn't good in combat, she could definitely run when she saw someone she loved. Her white clothes swished as she ran, "Big brothers!" She shouted when she say Takumi and Ryouma. Takumi scoffed, "So, look who decided to show?" Ryouma nodded, "Good morning, Elise." Elise giggled, "Good morning, Big brother!" She hugged him, her head at his chest, "So what do we do today?" He patted her head, "We'll be practicing with the sword, Elise." She groaned, "But Big brother!" Takumi shook his head, "She can't use a sword, because she's lazy." Elise gasped, "Am not! I'll prove it to you!" She let Ryouma go, "Gimme a sword! I'll use it properly!" She managed to hit the Raijinto, but she didn't lay a blow, until she thrust into his side. "I did it! Yay!" She jumped up and down, blonde curls bouncing as she smiled, "I did it!" Takumi smiled at the side, Elise's smile seemed to make everything better. Hopefully when she joins them in battle against those Nohrians, her cheers would boost morale. "I'm gonna fight?" Elise seemed surprised when talking to Yukimura, who nodded and told her that she would test her abilities on two Nohrian captives. Two blondes stepped out both bound. One was a woman, muscular and tall, scowling. The other was a tall man, perhaps more stronger than her. "Do I have to... Kill them?" Elise asked. "That would be desired." Takumi replied. "I'll be with you, my lady." Kaze stood with her. "As will I." Rinkah took her place on her left. "Hoshido, you dare kidnap Nohr's finest guards!" Yelled the woman, "We'll show you! Let's go, Arthur." The man, Arthur, grinned, "Of course we shall, Lady Effie! Let us fight against these banes of justice." Elise giggled, Arthur was funny. She couldn't kill them, however. She fought them, well Effie. Arthur kind of hurt himself. 'Poor guy, he must have some bad luck!' Elise thought. Eventually, she let them go after the match, privately and alone. "Excuse me, your highness... What's your name?" Effie asked. "I'm Elise! It's so nice to meet you, Effie!" Elise chirped. "Elise... Elise?!" Effie shouted. Arthur touched his companions shoulder, "Let us be off, Effie. Lady Elise mustn't be caught here. Come! We shall see her in the future!" Effie looked to Elise, desperate and hopeful, but why? "... Yeah. Let's go. Lady Elise, thank you." They bowed and then ran. Then Arthur tripped, Effie helped him, then they were gone. What was that? Why was Effie looking at her like that...? She shook her head. It was time for dinner, anyway!
