📌Tutorial for Prompting on Ao3
It has come to my attention, that prompting on Ao3 is new to some. So, I have written a shortish tutorial for you guys. I want everyone with headcanons and plotbunnies to be able to prompt for Metalverse! 🎸

2. Find the Tab "Prompt Form" on the side menu on the desktop browser.
Or on a mobile browser in the menu at the top.
3. Prompting:
This is the prompting form. First is the Fandom tag. With this fest, there are no other fandoms involved, but for other fandoms that include "sub-fandoms", you could click on whichever you'd want included here. For example, "Marvel Cinematic Universe" and "The Avengers".
Second is the character selection. Here you can either make a selection of the listed characters that you would like to be included, or if you don't care. Add all three.
Third is the ship selection. Since this fest allows for all versions of Metalsandwich you can add which ship you think would work best for your prompt. The ships are to be considered suggestions. You want a Mungrove Pirate AU? Only cross off Munrgove. You don't care which ship? Select them all!
Four is your prompt. Here you can be as short or wordy as you like. Want a coffeeshop AU but have no specific idea how it should play out? No problem. Just add "Coffeeshop AU". You have a specific prompt idea with characters assigned roles? Go for it!
Semi-anonymous Prompt? If you don't want the prompt assigned to your nickname, you can prompt anonymously.
Five! Submit!
That's all you have to do! ✨You can add up to five prompts in total and edit them later in case you need to fix something.
Prompting is open until the 24th!
