Festival services put to a test on Sunday as we helped out our clients @don_films and 74 Entertainment with their BBQ party. What a nice night it turned out to be - little rain here and there didn’t slow us or the guests down! Ps. EVENTS AT CROISETTE 65 BLOCKBUSTERS LOUNGE

Our exclusive lounge with an elegant mediterranean feel fits around 70 people at the time - and with people popping in and out festival style, you can entertain even couple hundred of guests within one night. See all the event packages below - all available daily during the festival!

PACKAGE 1: HAPPY HOUR - Prices from 1900€

2 hour event at our lounge including:

• Decoration with your posters and other marketing items
 • Your trailer or sales reel projected to the venue wall
 • Two hosts welcoming your guests and serving them through the event
 • Wine, beer and soft drinks
 • Event photographer and 20 photos of your event
 • Invitations sent to your guest list
 • List of participants & their contact info sent to you after the event


PACKAGE 2: PARTY - Prices from 3900€

3 hour event at our lounge including the above in the Happy Hour package and:

• Third host welcoming your guests and serving them through the event • More wine, beer and bigger selection of soft drinks • Event photographer and 50 photos of your event • Possibility to extend the party for 1-2 hours 

PACKAGE 3: PRIVATE LOUNGE MEETING - Prices from 150€

Meeting at our lounge including drinks and small snacks served by our event host. Can be customised as a breakfast serving, lunch presentation or cocktails and sauna evening to relax with your team. Prices depend on the amount of participants, servings, additional services and length of the meeting or event.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR EVENT PACKAGES

Our team sharing flyers, marketing materials or goodie bags on Croisette for tourists and film professionals passing by. To get even more visibility - let our promo team wear your project’s special costumes and their hair and make up will be done according to your reference to finish the look and to catch everyone’s attention! Photographs, social media boosts and video of the promo walk available as well.

PROMOTION, HOSTING OR PHOTOGRAPHING AT YOUR EVENT - Prices from 30-100€ / hour

Parties as a business

In festivals, the parties are important for us in many ways ; going to receptions, happy hours and beach parties is crucial to networking and piching our concept, but none less is arranging them, as that is a way to do business and show directly to the guests what kind of services we have to offer.

We love to do these both, but here I’m opening a bit the latter by giving two examples of our party services this year in Cannes (since I think everyone’s already seen quite a many pics of us networking during the happy hour marathons).

1.     Last minute help: Iron Sky Fanchise Launch Party on Saturday 14th May

Iron Sky team was launching their new concept Fanchise in Cannes and started to organise a big beach party for selected fans and professionals. For us, Iron Sky team is close to heart and no question we would offer our help for them to create a magical and unforgettable night.

Our lovely former college Anniina had taken the arrangements already really far, but couple of days in advance she reached us for a couple of extra hands. So, we made a deal and our festival assistants Luisa and Aino were at the entrance of the venue welcoming all the guests and keeping the party crashers out (in Cannes there are loads of them on the move, and especially when it’s as cool party as this one).

The party was at least as awesome as it was supposed to be – which was confirmed the day after when in the early morning seminar and the first happy hours people seemed quite tired...

2.     Trailer premier house party for Rendel on Sunday 15th May

For Rendel we organised a successful crowdfunding lauch party / teaser premiere last year in Cannes and quite early this year we agreed with the Director Jesse Haaja, that we would do some scale of a happy hour again. Though the idea came early, the preparations could really start only two weeks before the festival since the whole Rendel team was oraginising the last shoots of the film in Finland until the end of April (which we totally understands being a priority).

We were anyway prepared with warrior attitude to make the superhero party unforgettable and a great place meet contacts and show the first glimpse of the new trailer. All four of us worked to keep the party going on fluently so that Rendel team could 100% concentrate to hosting and making the most of it.

And somehow, dispite the rush and superhero theme, we managed to look quite sweet housewifes from the kichen window.
