Ingredients: 1 cup farro, cooked and cooled. 4 cups kale, stems removed and chopped. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup lemon juice. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Chopped kale, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and sliced red onion should all be put in a large bowl together.
