Elodie’s Affiliations with her house the Blue Lions (as well as her most to least favorite)
Due to living in the country rather than the capital like many of the other noble families, Elodie officially didn’t meet the young prince until enrolling into the academy. She was actually pleasantly surprised by how kind he was to her and the other students of the Blue Lions. They spar on occasion and they enjoy talking to one another.
Felix’s father Rodrigue and Elodie’s Uncle Atticus were good acquaintances so the two had met during the time Adalyn and Elodie stayed with their extended family. Anytime Felix and his father would visit, Elodie could safely assume that Felix would challenge her to spar. They spar often during their time at the academy. Elodie both appreciates his blunt honesty and dislikes his lack of tact.
Out of all the nobles, Ingrid’s family was the most well acquainted to Elodie’s direct family. The two girls met pretty early in life. They never shared an extremely close bond but neither one of them minded each other’s company.
Elodie had heard about Sylvain before she officially met him at the academy. She was extremely wary of him. She disliked how flippant and insincere he was to the ladies he flirted with. However she lacked the confidence to call him out on it.
They had scarcely met before the academy. Despite that the two became rather good friends. Annette encourages Elodie often to improve in her training while Elodie worries and constantly tries to get Annette to take care of herself. She often times lends Annette her ear whenever she is stressed, excited about a new technique, or just needs to vent.
Seeing how Mercedes often hung around Annette, Elodie became fairly close to her as well. Elodie sees Mercedes as a comforting older sister who she can go to talk to.Mercedes also likes to listen to Elodie play the piano whenever they have a break from training and other studies.
Ashe didn’t meet Elodie until the academy despite his adopted brother Christophe being good friends with Elodies cousin Rhonan. He didn’t talk a whole lot with her at first due to her noble status. However that changed when he discovered Elodie’s love for reading and writing stories. The two often gush about their favorite books with each other. Elodie also asks Ashe for advice for her stories.
Elodie did not meet Dedue until the academy and the two didn’t converse much. Elodie found him to be quiet like her but he never seemed to like small talk. Dedue just assumed she kept her distance because he was from Duscar and never confronted her about it. Once Elodie found out Dedue’s theory she felt awful and did her best to clear it up. They still don’t talk a whole lot with each other but there are no longer any misunderstandings.
