Fey wanted nothing more than to hide. It was bad enough that she had lost at rock, paper, scissors to go and get lunch (she’d have to do something to make Tillie mildly inconvenienced later... maybe hiding her left shoe or drawing a summoning circle on her work space...) but she knew people were staring at her different colored eyes.
A child pointed at her and tugged on their mother’s sleeve as the two of them made eye contact. Fey turned bright red as the mother smiled apologetically and explained there was nothing wrong with her eyes, some people were just born that way.
Desperate to escape the outside, Fey ducked into the first shop that looked even mildly like it served food. She just wanted to get back to her tiny apartment that had her tall best friend in it. As she look in the cafe, she breathed a sigh of relief when she realized that it was a place that served food. It looked a little busy, a few tables with couples or small families, but she couldn’t seem to find anyone who looked like they worked here. Fey bit her lip, fidgeting with her sleeve as she hoped someone would notice and help her out.
Recently, I’ve been inspired to make mood and aesthetic boards of my OCs and their hometowns. This first batch are sort of the main OCs, but I’m considering turning this into a project for the others involved ~ Feedback is greatly appreciated, as well as any and all questions about these guys <3
Info:
1: Tillie Young: A vibrant and energetic young woman who’s considered a master mechanic in her town and the stepdaughter of the Head Priestess of Gaea.
2: Fey Ceres: The first apprentice that Tillie’s stepmother took in and began to train. She is quiet but possesses strong power in her magick, though she can’t control it yet.
3: Eiri Toivonen: A dreamer who prefers to follow than lead, she finds herself in the middle of a resurrection of an ancient goddess. Does she accept her journey or reject it?
4: Eiddwen Toivonen: The elder brother of Eiri and almost the exact opposite of her. He has a strong sense of justice and will do anything to protect the ones he loves.
5: Eorde: Tillie and Fey’s town. It’s become the perfect blend of city meets nature, with the Hearth of Gaea being located in the center, and the modern urban aesthetics surrounding it. Tillie’s dad runs the only mech garage in the city, and she works there alongside her brother and stepsister.
6: Hopewell Harbor: Eiddwen and Eiri’s hometown. A beachside city, known for its boardwalk park and busy harbors, as well as its precious metal and gems businesses. Ruins of the ancient cities and temples long forgotten litter the outskirts alongside the cliffs.
Myers-Briggs: INFJ-T (The Advocate)
The Advocate personality type is very rare, making up less than one percent of the population, but they nonetheless leave their mark on the world. As members of the Diplomat Role group, Advocates have an inborn sense of idealism and morality, but what sets them apart is that they are not idle dreamers, but people capable of taking concrete steps to realize their goals and make a lasting positive impact.
Ennegram: Type 2/9
I must be helpful and caring to survive.
I must maintain peace/calm to survive.
Hogwarts House: Hufflepuff
Congratulations! You have been sorted into the house of Hufflepuff! You are very dedicated to things you truly care about. You are fair, kind, and tolerant. You have many friends and are well-liked.
House colors: Yellow and Black
House ghost: Fat Friar
House head: Professor Sprout
House founder: Helga Hufflepuff
House animal: Badger
Homestuck Sign: Sagicen
Famous Artwork: The Scream
Omg CALM DOWN, STOP FREAKING OUT, everything is seriously honest-to-god going to be okay, there are easy solutions to all your problems, just RELAX. Jesus.
Friend Group Role: The Middle Sibling
You're the middle sibling of your friend group: You are probably best friends with the mom, partly because you always reply to everyone's texts and emails. You're a dreamer, and while haters may call you naive, but you're really just idealistic and SUPER underestimated. Other middle siblings: Tina Belcher, Shoshanna from "Girls."
Psychological Archetype: Archetype 1: The Caregiving Creator
The caregiver in you is altruistic, loving and compassionate. Although prone to martyrdom and enabling behaviors, your inner caregiver helps others in need and sustains life and health. Your inner creator fosters imagination and innovation, always looking for new projects and thinking of new ways to express yourself to the world.
Life Goals: Help others through sacrifice, create new things
Fears: Selfishness, ingratitude, failure, inauthenticity
Response to Problems: Act immediately to find solutions
Life Tasks: Give without maiming self or others, create new things, self-acceptance
Personal Gifts: generosity, nurturing, creativity, vision
Personal Pitfalls: Martyrdom, enabling others, self-indulgence, unorganized
Temperance: Melancholic
The melancholic temperament is fundamentally introverted and thoughtful. Melancholic people often were perceived as very (or overly) pondering and considerate, getting rather worried when they could not be on time for events. Melancholics can be highly creative in activities such as poetry and art - and can become preoccupied with the tragedy and cruelty in the world. Often they are perfectionists. They are self-reliant and independent; one negative part of being a melancholic is that they can get so involved in what they are doing they forget to think of others.
Dere Type: Dandere
Moral Alignment: Lawful Good
A lawful good character acts as a good person is expected or required to act. He combines a commitment to oppose evil with the discipline to fight relentlessly. He tells the truth, keeps his word, helps those in need, and speaks out against injustice. A lawful good character hates to see the guilty go unpunished. Lawful good is the best alignment you can be because it combines honor and compassion. However, lawful good can be a dangerous alignment when it restricts freedom and criminalizes self-interest.
Disney Villain: Jafar
Love Language: Acts of Service
Can helping with homework really be an expression of love? Absolutely! Anything you do to ease the burden of responsibilities weighing on an “Acts of Service” person will speak volumes. The words he or she most wants to hear: “Let me do that for you.” Laziness, broken commitments, and making more work for them tell speakers of this language their feelings don’t matter. When others serve you out of love (and not obligation), you feel truly valued and loved.
[Mun’s Opinion: So Fey is probably the character I know best, imo. And let me say that I was expecting Byeol and Fey’s answers to be similar to a degree. They are both tied to similar aspects of the story and have similar upbringings and ideas. I was pleased to see that they do start diverging and are two separate muses!
Fey’s results are pretty spot on and along the lines of what I already knew. Her MBTI is of course what I would think for mages/witches in general, and for her emotions to be more turbulent than Byeol is also obvious. The Ennegram type was super close -- within two percent -- and both were what Fey would consider essential to survival. Being helpful and maintaining peace are big things for her. Hufflepuff was also an obvious choice due to her kindness and tolerance, her desire for everyone (especially herself) to fit in and belong to somewhere/something.
The one that surprised me the most though was her Temperance. While the first part of being introverted and thoughtful clicked immediately, I was kind of surprised to see that melancholics forget to think of others because they are known to be independent. It makes sense considering she hates asking for help and wants to stand on her own, but I wasn’t expecting melancholy to have that included in its premise?
I think my favorite was discovering her love language, because it describes her and Tillie’s relationship perfectly and while their love is strictly platonic/familial, it does help me when it comes to potential romantic partners in the future.
Overall? Fey is my child and I’m glad to see she’s grown into this young woman of independence and untapped potential! I hope to work on some of these angles I discovered in this in some future rp!]

[PHOTO] Happy Mothers Day, Mom, from all your kids — by blood, marriage, and bond!! ( sorry for scaring Fey and kind of ruining the picture, mom :’) - Tillie) [Mun: here’s all minus one of the family that Tillie and Fey are apart of! Theodosia is Tillie’s stepmom and Fey’s High Priestess. Naomie is Theodosia’s daughter from her first marriage and Benji is Tillie’s brother! Lots of children and boy do Benji and Tillie start trouble, but Theodosia loves them all the same!]

TILLIE GOT: The Fool
You’re a young soul — and while that means you can be a little foolhardy and naive at times, it also means you’re unconventional and playful, and love to make people laugh. Carefree and spontaneous, you follow your lust for life on adventure after adventure — and you make other people feel like they can do anything, too.
FEY GOT: The Moon
You’re deeply creative and intuitive, and many people find you mysterious. You can be manipulative and have a dark side that you’re good at hiding, and maybe have a few skeletons in your closet. That said, there’s a distinct dreamlike quality about you — some might even say psychic.
