A master post of all the job showcases that I did for my WoLaD! I spent some time after finishing DT finalizing a lot of his alt job outfits until I was satisfied with them. With a new expac on the horizon, I thought I might show them off before we added new jobs and new armors

Job Showcase: Dancer

When it comes to ranged fighting, dancer us Zorri'to's current method of choice. As a monk, he excels in the balance, strength, and dexterity needed for it, and it doesn't hurt that he'd learned to dance with his tribe.

Learning it as a combat form however came much later. When he came to the First and witnessed Lyna in battle, he was eager to try it. The captain told him not to expect special treatment, and Zorri’to wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

In contrast to the captain however, he chose to keep his armor light, sticking to leather and cloth. Like his monk gear, he relies on his speed and the excess material to distract his foes and mask his figure as he moves.

Job Showcase: Machinist

Zorrito makes for a passable machinist. He's a good shot, even when on the move, but he's never spent much time working with machines. Maintenance is easy enough, but oftentimes if the gadgets need a tune up he comes back to Stephanivien's workshop.

Zorri'to wasn't really sold on the weapon at first, as guns were very often a Garlean method. But he was willing to help out for the sake of bolstering Ishgard's defenses. Getting to work with Hilda later was also fun.

His gear is a mix of Ishgardian frill and his own Ala Mighan sensibilities. Being rather small he also chose a smaller firearm for less kickback. More time for shooting.

Job Showcase: Gunbreaker

When it comes to tanking, Gunbreaker is Zorri'to's method of choice. It's aggressive and nimble style compliments his skills as a Monk perfectly.

He was honored to work with and learn from Radovan, and he checks up on him and Sophie whenever he passes through Mor Dhona.

His gear is heavily Ala Mighan influenced, both as his own preference and emphasizing the art's transition to new shores.

Job Showcase: Astrologian

Healing is not Zorri'to's forte, but when the time comes, Astrologian is his job of choice. His outfit was heavily inspired by Urianger's, but he opted for a little more flair. And pants.

While it was still challenging for him to learn, it came much easier to him than others thanks to his knowledge of the night sky and history/myth.

It also helps that in reading the cards he can see the possibilities and decide his own fate. He first learned the art with Leveva in Ishgard, and would later continue on with Urianger.

Job Showcase: Scholar

Zorri'to makes a passable Scholar at best, as he has never been good at the higher level mathematics needed for Archanist. His tactical skill in combat picks up the slack.

The outfit he's chosen was very deliberate, as while it wasn't their original form, the color green felt "right" to honor the remaining Nymians. From there it was a matter of looking the part. That part being "I never actually went to a formal school but this what the professor types wear right?" Even so, Zorri'to believes dressing the part puts him in the mindset better.

The glasses however are entirely unnecessary and the lenses are not corrective. They just help him feel more "scholarly".
