If Yeul Was a Party Member

((this is just me playing around with a what if where Yeul was a playable party member in ffxiii-2))

Yeul is more adept with magic, so her default roles from the start would most definitely be Medic, Synergist, and perhaps Saboteur? She's a good Ravager as well once that role begins to get leveled up.

Due to her limp, she's obviously not good with physical attacks, so if her Commando crystarium were to be leveled up, her attacks would still be the weakest, and most of the time they may not connect with the enemy.

Her hp is the lowest of the party, but she makes up for it with her supporting magic. Her atb gauge also charges much faster, which definitely helps when healing others or providing buffs for them. She's more vulnerable to being hit with status ailments, especially if she doesn't have any buffs cast on herself. If she's not a party leader, and her Medic role is not active, she can perform the ability of using Potions once everyone's hp is at a certain point ((basically like how Lebreau could use potions for herself, Snow, and Gadot in ffxiii))

Her weapon would probably be some sort of staff, which helps her channel her magic better to simultaneously cast spells on Serah and Noel, and their monsters. If her Commando role is active, and if she's not casting Ruin, she'll try and attack an enemy with her staff, which doesn't work out in her favor all that often.

Her ultimate ability is very useful, and can only be used if her Medic role is active. This ability allows her to fully replenish the parties hp, and cast them with multiple useful buffs, including haste((she is the only one in the party able to cast it)), bravery, faith, protect, shell, and veil. Since ultimate abilities can only be used once during battle, it's best to make this move count.

If she's a party leader, she will not perform moogle throws, but she can use Mog to do moogle searches. Her walking animations are obviously more different than Noel and Serah's because of her limp. Her jumps aren't as high as the other two, but she's still able to get from point A to point B. Due to being underage, she's not allowed to gamble in Serendipity, so it's best to switch her out for either Noel or Serah once there.

Her idle animations consist of her either fiddling with her headpiece or simply putting her hands behind her back. Unlike Noel and Serah, Yeul will not interact with npc's.

((Bonus: Once Yeul joins the party, and the party visits New Bodhum, Maqui will have new pieces of dialogue if you talk to him. he may or may not have a slight crush on yeul uwu))
