playing ff7 og, my first ff game ! I plan on getting into more of the franchise, just started with one I was more familiar with lol
just only a few screenshots from recently
god old games are so funny to me, the cpr gauge part genuinely cracked me up so bad because it was so random (a lot of this game's dialogue is so unbelievably random and weird) it might not be the best sometimes, but it has it's own charm to it anyway
so very entertaining so far
CLOTI artwork that outshines Dio’s Budgie Smugglers! | Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
This piece was basically my excuse to go all in on everything ridiculous and amazing about the Gold Saucer.
You’ve got Cloud and Tifa fighting side by side in Dio’s Arena, giant holographic chocobos screaming past overhead, gondolas in the sky, and enough color and movement to make the whole thing feel like it’s showing off on purpose. Which, to be fair, is very on-brand for the Saucer.

But what I really wanted underneath all that spectacle was the Cloud and Tifa synergy. That’s the bit that makes it more than just a loud scene. They feel completely in step here — momentum, trust, timing, all of it. So yes, this piece is chaotic, flashy, and probably grabs attention from across the room more than Dio flexing in his speedos, but it’s also a straight-up CloTi love letter disguised as arena mayhem.
Fans Analyze Sephiroth Wrong Every Time! | Final Fantasy 7 Remake & Rebirth Theory
What I love about this theory is that it makes Sephiroth feel even worse in the best possible way. Not “evil because alien corruption got him,” but “evil because he may have taken that corruption and evolved it into something even more deliberate.” If the Black Whispers, the Northern Crater, and these dead-end Rebirth spaces are all spiritually quarantined zones, then Sephiroth may be using them less like prisons and more like incubators. Places where souls, will, and identity can’t just disperse — which means they can be accumulated.

That’s why this collection got so interesting to me. The Sephiroth pieces stop feeling like separate villain prints and start feeling like stages of one escalation: fall, corruption, self-direction, apotheosis. Then Bizarro Sephiroth lands and suddenly the whole theory clicks into place — not as “weird boss mutation,” but as the moment Sephiroth stops being one consciousness and becomes something built from many.
This Is What Dad Rage Looks Like! | Barret Wallace Final Fantasy 7 Remake & Rebirth Artwork
What I love about Barret in Final Fantasy 7 / Final Fantasy VII Remake and Rebirth is that once you really sit with his story, all of that big explosive energy starts reading differently. He’s not just “the angry one.” He’s a man who lost almost everything, then still chose to become the kind of person someone like Marlene could depend on. That makes his strength hit way harder, because it isn’t ego. It’s responsibility with a flamethrower attached.

That’s why this Catastrophe Edition had to feel so intense. I wanted the low angle to make it feel like you were underneath the blast, because that’s the only perspective that really does Barret justice here. The recoil, the fire, the debris, the sunglasses catching the heat — all of it is there because Catastrophe should feel like the enemy’s worst possible view of a man who has fully decided he is not letting anyone through.
This video is a live unboxing of the Fate Convergence Edition from the FFVII Ensemble Chronicles series — printed at the largest statement size, 75 x 100 cm. It’s one thing seeing a Final Fantasy VII artwork on screen, but opening the physical print and seeing the scale, sharpness, and resolution in person is a completely different experience. The details landed beautifully, and the size really lets the composition breathe.

This particular piece brings together some of the most important figures in Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VII Remake, and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth: Cloud Strife, Tifa Lockhart, Aerith Gainsborough, Zack Fair, Sephiroth, and Red XIII. The whole thing was designed to feel mythic and story-heavy, so the unboxing naturally became about more than just packaging — it became that moment of seeing whether the print really feels worthy of the world and characters it represents. Thankfully, it absolutely did.
Yuffie Was Raised for a World That Punishes the Unprepared | Final Fantasy 7 Remake & Rebirth Art
One thing I really like about Yuffie in Final Fantasy 7 / Final Fantasy VII is that when you look a little deeper, the way she fights says a lot about where she comes from. She isn’t just fast because it looks cool. She feels like someone shaped by a place that learned the hard way that survival doesn’t always come from raw power — sometimes it comes from agility, precision, and knowing exactly when to move.

That’s why I love the Leviathan symbolism here. It makes the whole thing feel less like “Yuffie doing something cool” and more like Yuffie carrying Wutai’s philosophy into the world with her. The motion, the petals, the guardian presence, all of it is there to make her feel not just playful, but deeply rooted.
Final Fantasy 7 Part 3 Might Make Vincent More Important Than Ever
There’s a version of Final Fantasy 7 Part 3 where Vincent is not just “finally playable” — he’s one of the most important characters in the whole final stretch. That’s what makes him so interesting right now. Chaos is not light lore. Protomateria is not light lore. Vincent sits in a part of the wider FF7 mythos that can get very big, very quickly once the story starts dealing with deeper planetary stakes and endgame-scale consequences.

That’s why this monochrome Vincent piece is less about noise and more about pressure. It’s meant to feel like the cage is still shut, but maybe not forever. And that’s what makes Vincent so compelling as we head toward the last game in the trilogy: he feels like someone who could go from fan-favorite dark horse to genuinely huge player in Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 if Square Enix decides to open that door wider. Coverage around Part 3 in recent months has emphasized that the game is progressing and increasingly anticipated, which only makes speculation around Vincent’s role hotter.
