Anyone know what to do if someone plagiarized my GMV video on Youtube?
For context, I made a Game Music Video back in 2015 for Final Fantasy 15. I used copyrighted music with some of the game's character dialogues overlaying the music. I just found a channel that essentially plagiarized my music video, including the way I cut the audio together and the way I cut the game's cinematic scenes together. His video is not an exact replica of my video, but he does steal my audio edit and many of my visual edits.

As you can see, this user literally ripped (as in downloaded parts of my work and uploaded it and integrated it into his own work) off my audio edit and certain cuts of my visual edits.
However, since the actual content in the music video is already copyrighted stuff (the song & the visuals), can I still complain to YouTube Support of the guy plagiarizing my music video? In other words, is it still within my right to file a complaint for copyright infringement?
