Scarlet Appreciation Week Announcement!
Hi everyone!
So I’ve been thinking, what with the negative portrayal this fandom has of Scarlet, we should give her some love! Enjoy her in all her evil heartlessness and celebrate we actually have an Unashamedly Evil woman in this franchise of ours. So I’ve decided to start a Scarlet Appreciation Week.
When:
21st-28th of November
What:
Every day, post something about Scarlet. It could be fanart, fanfic, headcanons, thoughts, or a rec list. It’s open. Tag it with Scarlet Week 2k15 so everyone can browse.
Why:
I noticed that, as a fandom, we seem to put Scarlet down a lot, and use quite bigoted language to. I just want people to think about how we have set her character and maybe come to enjoy her as a character more.
Rules
1. Nothing bashing or hating Scarlet for no reason.
2. No more than TWO days can be ship-focused. We want the love on Scarlet here, no matter how much we ship her!
3. Be respectful of other people’s views.
