i am not the same anon who asked this the first time, but, it's been like 5 or so years since you've done this! as a tool to gauge your improvements, i was wondering if you would do aranea in cherry soda again?

Oh my God it’s been a while since I got requests, and… it’s been 5 YEARS already whaat? (also same month woah)

Definitely different artstyle and approach. Not as rendered as I did 5 years ago because I wanted to draw this with less mixing and more using those “pure” colors from the palette. Or maybe I should do the rendered one next? 😃

Anyway thank you anon for asking, my life has been so boring lately and your message is such a pleasant surprise. I had so much fun making this ^_^

A snippet for Not Just a Feeling. Chapter 36.

This just came up as I was writting and its hilarious to me.

Verstael in the middle of adopting nine clone children. Finally getting the hang of it as they go from being toddlers to children he gets to teach! And! They are smart! Yay!

Then one day Ardyn hires a sassy teenager to babysit the boys when the go out of town. Ardyn then later hires this seemingly orphan girl to do strange work every now an then. Usually as some kind of bounty hunter or something.

Verstael drinking dry wine as he realizes watches Areana (15) in pjs, bullying one of his sons (5) for the TV remote on a saturday morning.

"great now we have a lesbian daughter (i guess)."

This AU does some interesting things with his character. Mostly because verstael is still the villian, but in this life time its for gay love (Ardyn) and not just him being power hungry.
