i made a post abt this on twitter but it bears repeating bc im still laughing at myself

my two longest AND FINISHED final fantasy fanfics on ao3 are my ardyn/oc fanfic (15 chapters jesus) and my five chapter emet/wol fanfic.

soooo apparently my chosen fic genre is “eccentric weirdo lady falls in love with obnoxious redhead tragic villain and it ends terribly but not without several chapters of angsty fluff, and theres flowers involved at least once”

honestly tho i wrote a happy ending epilogue for ardyn and my oc carina, and LITERALLY THE ONLY REASON emet and brona (my wol) havent gotten one is that theres a nonzero chance he’s coming back in game and i’m waiting to see if he does --- the bad part about mmos lmfao. im tempted to do it anyway but i do really want to wait and see.....

do not get me started on how angry i am about episode ardyn because HOLY SHIT the only thing im even remotely okay with is somnus’s design

and sure i’m happy with the XIV/XV event because that means XIV might get some shit too (please lord) but
