[𝐸𝐿𝐸𝑉𝐴𝑇𝑂𝑅 𝑀𝑈𝑆𝐼𝐶] did not pass Wellness Counselor J. Oyuun's psychiatric evaluation ahead of the first mission. Oyuun's report outlined that [𝐸𝐿𝐸𝑉𝐴𝑇𝑂𝑅 𝑀𝑈𝑆𝐼𝐶]'s recent loss and grieving state was a subject of concern to the health and safety of herself as well as her teammates at MTF Chi-00, and recommended a transfer. Site Director Buckley Osterholz, upon reflection of the operative's interview, agreed and contacted the Committee on MARCH 28. The Ethics Committee approved the transfer, and [𝐸𝐿𝐸𝑉𝐴𝑇𝑂𝑅 𝑀𝑈𝑆𝐼𝐶] was flown out of Site-φ that same night.
