hello,  everyone!  :>  welcome  to  march  and  our  first  announcement  for  the  month. firstly...  for  folks  who  have  been  eagerly  awaiting  our  second  round...    our  submission  box  opens  today  at  12  PM  PST.  foundationhq  is,  once  again,  taking  applications  for  our  open  skeletons! furthermore,  the  current  members  have  decided  to  include  two  (2)  new  skeletons  to  our  roster.  these  skeletons  will  be  released  tomorrow,  3/2/2024  at  12  PM  PST.  the  codenames  have  been  declassified  as  [𝐴𝑈  𝐹𝐴𝐼𝑇]  and  [𝐼𝑉𝑂𝑅𝑌  𝑇𝑂𝑊𝐸𝑅]. however,  unlike  our  first  round,  the  second  submission  period  will  have  a  hard  deadline  set  for  3/11/2024  at  11:59  PM  PST,  and  will  close  earlier  when  we  receive  5  apps.  there  will  also  be  a  10  app  cap,  meaning  we  will  not  take  in  more  than  10  apps  for  this  round.  as  there  are  limited  roles  in  this  period,  and  we  would  like  to  integrate  new  players  into  the  fold  quicker,  we  have  decided  not  to  review  more  than  our  cap. to  help  folks  with  their  app's  direction,  the  admin  sample  apps  for  [𝑂𝐿𝐷  𝑆𝑃𝑂𝑅𝑇]  and  [𝑆𝑀𝑂𝑂𝑇𝐻  𝑂𝑃𝐸𝑅𝐴𝑇𝑂𝑅]  will  be  slightly  adjusted  by  3/3/2024.  some  of  our  lovely  themis  team  members  have  even  volunteered  to  share  the  interviews  of  their  accepted  applications  for  those  apping  in  the  second  round!  please  keep  an  eye  out  for  that  post,  which  will  be  posted  no  later  than  3/3/2024. if  you  have  any  questions,  please  do  not  hesitate  to  reach  out  to  us  in  asks  or  dms.  we  will  be  checking  the  main  daily  to  field  questions  and  assist  in  the  apping  process.  after  second  round  submissions  are  closed,  foundationhq  will  not  be  taking  in  applications  until  the  conclusion  of  act  one.  we  strongly  recommend  all  applicants  to  start  early. furthermore,  as  voted  by  our  themis  team,  the  current  chapter,  (𝒅𝒊𝒔)𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏,  will  have  its  story  beats  extended  until  3/11/2024!  while  not  all  side  stories  may  be  available  for  starters  and  threads  when  the  chapter  closes,  players  are  welcome  to  continue  any  backdated  threads  at  their  leisure  after  the  11th!  the  chapter's  event  post  has  also  been  updated  by  this  announcement's  posting. the  interlude,  (𝐢𝐧)𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞,  has  no  set  time  frame  and  can  be  completed  at  any  time,  though  we  recommend  sooner  than  later  for  all  current  and  soon-to-be  onboarding  members. all  in  all,  we're  very  excited  to  see  who  will  join  us...!  especially  as  the  first  mission  will  be  just  around  the  corner.  :>

hello,  folks!  here  are  some  news  updates  for  our  current  themis  team  and  also  potential  applicants! we  will  be  having  our  first  activity  check  today  at  11:59  PM  PST.  if  you  have  not  fulfilled  our  activity  requirements,  which  is  currently  two  (2)  thread  responses  per  muse  to  two  (2)  different  characters  per  week  on  tumblr,  your  role  will  be  at  risk. for  our  opening  event,  tumblr  replies  to  in-character  intros  account  towards  activity.  in  the  case  a  player  is  unable  to  meet  the  activity  requirements  on  time,  please  contact  us  by  sending  an  ask  or  dming  the  main  blog  before  the  activity  check. shifting  gears,  we  are  loving  all  the  amazing  writing  for  our  first  event!  while  (𝑑𝑖𝑠)𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛  will  be  officially  coming  to  a  close  on  the  29th,  any  starters  which  take  place  during  this  event  can  be  carried  over  and  continued  even  after  the  event  closes  in  real  time.  so  don't  worry  if  you  believe  you  will  not  be  able  to  finish  a  side  story  in-time!  we  suggest  to  start  it  during  the  event,  as  some  side  stories  will  be  unavailable  after  the  29th. there  will  also  be  a  TTRPG  (table  top  roleplaying  game)  interactive  event  on  our  discord  this  week  related  to  the  events  of  act  i,  chapter  i.  we  cannot  wait  to  see  how  this  goes!! furthermore,  as  players  interact  with  each  other  as  well  as  the  environment,  new  features  may  be  unlocked.  we  recommend  that  our  themis  team  has  their  submit  open...  especially  if  they  are  responding  to  every  in-character  story  beat  intro!  ;)  to  help  with  the  last  legs  of  the  event,  there  will  be  a  lore  drop  coming  soon  to  a  fhq  main  near  you!

and  lastly,  there  will  be  a  question  directed  to  the  themis  team  in  our  server's  discord  in  relation  to  our  second  submission  round.  the  group's  response  will  shape  the  upcoming  update  that  will  be  posted  on  friday,  march  1,  2024. thank  you!

Thank you to all of our new applicants! Our submit has now closed, and will remain so until Act Two begins here at foundationhq. So, if you were hoping to get an app in and missed this deadline - please keep writing. This will not be the last time we will open our submit box, and most importantly, don't be afraid to ask questions as you prepare for our next round. We love to help! hello  folks!  all  skeletons  and  pages  should  now  be  updated  to  reflect  the  personnel  of  mtf  chi-00,  the  broken  scales  of  themis.  if  there  are  any  data  inaccuracies,  please  contact  us  and  we'll  correct  them  right  away!  our  prologue  teaser  has  been  queued  for  later  today,  to  be  posted  at  12  PM  PST.  we  will  also  post  the  follow  list  and  send  out  the  invites  to  our  private  discord  server at that time.  follow  the  onboarding  on  there,  and  we  should  be  good  to  go.  additionally,  later  tonight  at  6  PM  PST,  our  first  event  preview  will  be  live  on  our  main.  this  means...  yes!  we  are  now  open  for  plotting.  we  sincerely  cannot  wait  to  get  this  show  on  the  road,  and  go  on  this  adventure  with  everyone  at  site-φ. as  your  head  admin,  i'd  say  that  my  games  are  a  little  different  from  conventional  plot-driven  roleplays.  although  we  will  have  consistent  plot  drops  and  narrative  turns,  there  are  places  just  to  relax  and  goof  off  together,  haha!  our  game  strives  to  bring  play  back  into  roleplay,  encouraging  players  to  go  at  the  pace  that  they  enjoy,  as  well  as  exploring  what  interests  them  in  this  verse.  however,  i  strongly  recommend  players  to  interact  as  much  as  you  can,  and  with  everyone,  as  this  world  is  a  responsive  one  adapting  to  you.  the  actions  and  paths  you  decide  for  your  muse  will  leave  footprints  on  the  story.  there  are  no  "good"  or  "bad"  choices,  only  the  choices  you  believe  are  true  to  your  character.  as  your  admin,  i  strive  to  showcase  that  and  support  the  story  you  want  to  tell!  this  game  does  incorporate  ttrpg  elements  —  which  will  be  introduced  soon  as  we  approach  our  first  mission  together  —  so  i  hope  everyone  has  as  much  fun  with improvisation  and  creating  live  moments  together  as  they  do  with  their  intricately  woven  plots.    all  in  all,  i  am  so  incredibly  fulfilled  to  be  here  with  you  all!  let's  kick  it  during  plotting  and  have  fun!
