I just finished my final gift last night! I'm usually super last minuet. A few years ago I crochet an entire blanket in one sitting on Christmas Eve. Took me 17 hours straight. But this year I got all my knitting done!

Since we give gifts on Christmas Eve here in Germany, that would be a little bit too late for me to make something ;-)

But wow, 17 hours straight! I don't think I could pull that off. I really hope the recipient appreciated the effort

Me too! That’s why I sought out images of tatting for inspiration. I won’t have a chance to give it a try for a few months yet though.

it’s so awesome that you braved that monster and got it done in less than two weeks! i would have gotten so bored with all that garter stitch, it definitely woulda taken me ages.

Thank you both so much!! and nono, it's not that impressive! I feel like we've been lied to, it wasn't half as awful as I thought'd be. But I also made it 35 st. wide instead of 60, so that probably made it easier than most? But actually, if you have good enough motivation it's p. simple to just do garter stitch for some ungodly amount of stripes. Especially because I tend to read or watch TV while I knit, and just doing garter stitch makes it easy to multitask c: But thank you both so much for your messages<33

Yeah, I'm actually pleasantly surprised that it took over a year for me to get death threats on here! I know that anon hate is a big epidemic on tumblr, so I always just sort of presumed it'd happen, someday?

I dunno, but when I pinch my boobs it's pretty sensitive. Never had a baby, nor am I busty. I also always wear underwire bras. Huh. BEWBS! (Best decision of my life to start following you, btw. We get to talk about boobs! Awesome sauce.)
