Made a ham and cheese sandwich for dinner tonight. Boar's Head ham, Vermont white cheddar, munster, and Red Pelican yellow mustard. I'll be doing that again. I'll make one for D the next time I see him.

I meant to sit down here for only a moment but it's thundering and now Fizzgig is cowering between my legs. I don't have the heart to move.

There's only a few people in real life with whom I talk about Game of Thrones. When we talk about it, I usually say something about my hopes for Sansa -- that she becomes savvy, gets free of the people who would use her, and gets to live a life she chooses. However, a couple of the people I talk to are always quick to point out that she's already married to Tyrion. I get that they want her for him because he's their favorite and they think she would make a pretty prize. In my heart though, I reject Sansa and Tyrion's wedding outright. Neither of them wanted it. If necessary, I hope it'll get annulled at some point, but I would also be satisfied if people in Westeros just kind of forgot about it or agreed to pretend it never happened.

Me too! That’s why I sought out images of tatting for inspiration. I won’t have a chance to give it a try for a few months yet though.
