Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries, frozen. 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup milk any type. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: In a blender, mix the frozen strawberries, banana that is ripe, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. At this point, you can add a few ice cubes if you want the smoothie to be thicker. Mix everything together until it's all smooth and creamy. If the mix is too thick, you can add more milk until it's the right consistency. If you think the smoothie is too sweet, add more honey to make it less sweet. Put the strawberry banana smoothie right into glasses and serve it right away. You can add banana or strawberry slices as a garnish if you want.
