Super easy to make in my #magicbullet ! 1/2 large banana (or one small banana), 4 strawberries, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I use #Vega as I’m celiac and allergic to milk protein. Vega is gluten free/dairy free!), and 1 cup of chocolate almond milk. Start your day with this delicious and nutritious vegan breakfast smoothie. Packed with fruits, oats, and chia seeds, it provides a healthy and satisfying morning boost. Customize it with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup frozen berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries. 1/2 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk. 1/4 cup rolled oats. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. A handful of spinach or kale leaves. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Put everything into a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk until it's the right consistency for you. Try it out and add more maple syrup if you think it needs it. Add any other ingredients and blend again for a short time. Put it in a glass and serve right away. If you want, you can add fresh berries or chia seeds as a garnish.
