Everyone thinks of acceptance as a final destination to arrive and set camp at, but it is more like a pendulum. Some days acceptance is easier and other days it is impossible - and it is always in motion, swinging back and forth.

Talks with my occupational therapist when being asked the question ”how does it feel to think this is going to be the rest of your life?” for the first time since my diagnosis.

When you’re doing small exercises to relieve tension in the toes and feet, but instead end up with something pinching on the inside of the knee ... I see it’s one of those days today.

I'm so fuckin fatigued everything is utterly exhausting. Just sitting up is making me die. why must my brain fight me so hard on a daily basis. i got shit to do i cant be in a daze all the time

everytime I try to express difficulty doing something because of my disabilities to my mother she just completely does not understand. I just told her I've been experiencing terrible pain due to fibro at my job and she just said to "try and find the funny side of it" I mean I almost fell down the stairs leaving the break room because I had a streak of pain so strong my leg almost gave in but sure I'll just laugh it off
