Fibromyalgia is a long-term or chronic disorder. It’s associated with widespread pain in the muscles and bones, areas of tenderness, and general fatigue. Symptoms like these are considered subjective, meaning they can’t be determined or measured by tests. Because its symptoms are subjective and there isn’t a clear known cause, fibromyalgia is often misdiagnosed as another disease. Fibrolief treats your symptoms quickly and effectively…
Prepare for flight
So Tomorrow I’m going to Thailand, I haven’t been doing to well lately. (the cold weather is causing me lot’s of pain.) So I’m a little anxious for the flight.
Last year for my Australia travel (20 hours plain flight) I had muscle relaxers, because I feel better than I did then (or at least I feel happier?) I want to try without. Today I’m upping my painkiller Taking 2 paracetamol (500mg) every three ours, so the painkiller level is stable. Then if I’m in pain tomorrow I can up it with 400mg ibuprofen or more paracetamol to ease the pain. I also have melatonine, I’m actually sleeping alright lately but I need to sleep in the flight. Otherwise I will be jet lagged as hell. Having more pain.
Next to that, sleeping mask, ear buds, warm clothing in flight, a nice scarf and good snacks like fruit. Can’t wait till I’m in Warm warm Warm thailand though. I want the warmth !
Is it just me or do you picture something else?
Is it just me or do you picture something else?
There is a study out about vibration therapy helping with fibromyalgia pain. I can sort of understand the logic after reading this article but I just can’t get past the mental image.
Click the image to follow a link to where I found this image. I have no idea where they found it though.
I don’t think I will be following up on this study to much. What about you?
