My arms are not strong, and I keep thinking about lifting weights or something trying to build my strength up.
Last night I was making my dinner, and normally I slump over and lean on the cabinets because I'm tired and my body is sore, but I decided to try and treat it like a work out instead.
So I stood up straight, squared my shoulders and consciously chose to use my arm muscles to stir and not fling my arms around wildly like I usually do.
I'll keep trying to get some strength building into my everyday life
