There are a couple of their fics that get me my right in the feels. “Pursuit” is so good but has action adventure too “Waking Hours, Walking Shadow” is so good and gets into Cal’s Zeffo vision. I have reread it a bunch cause it just really hits and who doesn’t late night chats over tea.

But for this prompt I will go with “Splinter” packs a punch!!!! 🥹

@cibeewastaken ahhh I loved this too. Went to click in and have a quick glance, ended up rocketing through the whole fic!

@tackytigerfic Yes, YES! this fic is so wonderful, I also somehow blasted through it in one go. I wasn’t coherent in my reblog before but now that I had a five minutes respite, I can tell you all why I love this fic. 

They are in love! But! They! don’t talk about it! They hold hands and look the other way! They love their child but their family fucked them up! The coexistence of love and humor and self-doubt/hate feels like they’re supposed to exist side by side as the author wrote it sentence by sentence! The whole thing is one smooth ride and yes, you blast through it, but it’s also the kind where you HAVE to revisit it so you can fully appriciate every word. Just, bravo!!!! @magicalrocketships bless you for blessing us with this story!!!
