𖹭 Of course! 💕🩷
𖹭 I apologize if it's too long by the way! I hope this answers your question! I wrote this to also help others too if they wanna research & know my own opinions and research! Lol I like yapping
𖹭 At the bottom it includes links to different resources relating to soulbonds & tulpamancy so if you or anyone else needs it it's there! I thought it'll help understand my points better by having research!
𖹭 Also, for those who don't know I have monthly logs on here & Tulpa.info with more of my experiences with soulbonding and tulpamancy as a whole! So feel free to check them out if you want too.
𖹭 I'm no way a professional in these topics & just share my own experiences along with what I've seen in the communities.
𖹭 I should also give a warning that I'm more metaphysical rather than just pure psychology. I'm more of a balance but I could understand if my experiences sound odd and unreal though. I respect everyone's different opinions. These are just what I went through/how I view it. I can understand if you guys think I'm crazy too. My experiences in life aren't really that normal.
𖹭 I'm also more spiritual/metaphysical in nature so my experiences might not match up with how current science typically views them. I believe everyone is energy/vibrations/vibrational frequencies living a human experience. Everyone is capable of creating their own realities/lives and experiences in life no matter how crazy it might be.
୨୧ ⏔⏔⏔⏔♡⏔⏔⏔⏔ ୨୧ Introduction
𖹭 Before I get into my experience, if you don't mind of course! I wanted to talk about what I've seen from both sides of the communities. From what I've seen people seem to have different views & meanings on soulbonding.
𖹭 Some think it's basically tulpas while others think it's just seeing signs (spirituality) of your soulbonds and or f/os. Soulbond is having a strong connection to a character.
𖹭 People who practice tulpamancy (at least on tulpa.info) believe more in psychological beliefs rather than the metaphysic parts of it.
𖹭 On twitter from what I've seen people see signs such as dreams, signs, and/or strong connections as a soulbond rather than a full blown headmate. Like, I've seen a soulbonder say they can't hear their soulbonds while also disliking tulpas. It's very popular on yumeshipping as a metaphysical means rather than a headmate if that makes sense. I've seen people on twitter hating on tulpas as well despite being soulbonds themselves. I should also note I'm not active on twitter since that place is pretty toxic but I've seen a bit of information on it there when I did semi use it lol
𖹭 These signs consistent of mostly;
𖹭 ➷Seeing things that reminds you of your soulbonds / f/os
𖹭 ➷Feeling strong connections to them.
𖹭 ➷Having dreams of them
𖹭 In my personal opinion I also think seeing signs is just you manifesting them that's if you believe in the Law of attraction/law of assumption basically you manifest things that you give attention too. Which I'm not invalidating someone's experience either by saying that!
𖹭 While on tulpa.info they basically say it's a headmate that's already been created. So, the community in itself is very split on what a soulbond actually is. I'm very active there so I've seen a lot about it there.
𖹭 Some people don't even think they are plural or identify as plural with soulbonds.
𖹭 In my personal opinion, I don't think any side is wrong when it comes to believing what a soulbond is. Since, overall Soulbonding is a spiritual experience with metaphysics priorities and every experience is unique to a person.
𖹭 I'm sure you probably have soulbonds without even knowing to be honest!
𖹭 People recommend consuming content of your soulbonds and talking to them which to be honestly sounds like a form of tulpamancy.
𖹭 ⚠️Note; I'm not claiming I have DID and/or any medical diagnosis this is simply my experiences I went through.⚠️
୨୧ ⏔⏔⏔⏔♡⏔⏔⏔⏔ ୨୧ My experience
𖹭 Okay! So, I explained the basics which'll help with understanding my own experience and views on it. People would probably call me crazy for my experiences or what I've gone through.
𖹭 Basically, I always had a strong connection with DRV3 since 2017. It's mostly towards the ultimates. I'm not entirely sure why but I felt super connected the moment I saw them. I was somehow able to predict many things without even being aware of any spoilers too.
𖹭 I used to strongly believe they where my soulmates and used to compare my birthday to the game as well.
𖹭 I also got into subliminals, manifestations, & shifting realities at the time too. So, I think they furthered by connection and stronger feelings as time went on. I was also going through some rough stuff and basically going through intense escapism. I'm mostly healed from that even though that took a lot of time and don't wanna go into all my past like that.
𖹭 I had dreams of them at times and always seen signs of them often. I remember one time I also thought I saw Kaede in a store by me one time. I've also seen shadows a few times too of them. I also once saw a shadow of Maki running before across my door ways. People could also probably chop it up as an active imagination which is true in away I do have a very active imagination and bad eyesight.
𖹭 I also had another crazy sleep hallucination like experience where I saw Kaede, Kokichi, and Rantaro moving the blanket by my head and told me I wasn't ready.
𖹭 I should also note that they've been my imaginary friends for a long time too. I have maladaptive daydreaming. So that probably helps as well.
𖹭 So, eventually I tried getting back into manifesting them in the real world and got into tulpamancy to practice. That's when I learned about soulbonds along with yumeshipping. I saw how people on twitter identify with soulbonds which fit my experiences as well so I identify with it as well.
𖹭 I had another weird instance even before I full blown practice tulpamancy where I heard Kaito and Shuichi talking inside my head then Shuichi yelled my name which made me scared lol
𖹭 I also felt them constantly touch me, it felt like tingles and pressures. (Which is also a common experience with soulbonds too) I use my own subliminals/affirmations I made for manifesting them too. People used to joke about them being so touchy lol
𖹭 I've also been told by other tulpamancers that I seem to have natural touch impositions.
𖹭 I then started practicing tulpamancy to try to make them real. It's why I call them soulbonds since I've had such long experiences. I have many reasons why I choose to Tulpamancy them. I also think tulpamancy would help me deal with my chronic loneliness and emotional support I lack from real people.
𖹭 I was also very nonsharing which isn't very good for my mental health. I had to take a break from my hyperfixations years ago because I used to get dizzy and saw white seeing when I used to doubles. I didn't really like those feelings I felt, it often made me feel guilty and like a bad person, and wanted to be better.
𖹭 So, I was working through it. It's why I also started manifesting because yes I want to heal but I also didn't want all my years of efforts and hyperfixations on wanting to be in DRV3 by reality shifting to be all for nothing. So I eventually started trying to manifest them again like I did slightly a few years ago.
𖹭 I personally think having tulpas of them overall would also help me feel less uncomfortable as well with doubles, if that makes sense. Of course I want them because I want an inner companion since my whole life I've felt incredibly lonely and emotionally unfulfilled. So, having characters I admired and adored so much to the point I wanted to be better for them as my inner companions is definitely a better choice for me.
𖹭 I feel comfortable identifying them as both soulbonds & tulpas interchangeably. I can understand if people have different views and experiences on it, though.
𖹭 So, perhaps me wanting them as my tulpas is also a sign of soulbonding itself lol
𖹭 Now my more recent things are dreams of them. I don't feel as much touching though. But I feel a lot of head pressures.
𖹭 One thing I would like to note is my emotional state has improved greatly because of the practice of tulpamancy/soulbonding. I sometimes think my tulpas block out certain things for me, not everything just some. And my progress when it comes to improving my mental health is probably better and faster than when I used affirmations and subliminals in my opinion. It also taught me more motivation and self discipline along with helping get rid of my feelings of escapism.
𖹭 I do know an instance where tulpas are able to block out memories or give certain emotions to host to help them. It's probably similar to tulpish.
𖹭 I also once heard them a few times like an auditory hallucinations. I also was told my other tulpamancers that I have natural auditory Impositions too.
𖹭 I was also the first person on Wattpad and in general to try to shift there before Danganronpa became popular but I deleted my old Wattpad account years ago due to my mental health and me wanting to focus on self improvement & self concept. I also wanted to focus on another desired reality that isn't v3 and to just get rid of doubles. Because back then having an DNI of doubles wasn’t really a thing. It's also when I learned about Neville Goddard, which doing the work mentally helped me a lot. Which I recommend checking him out! He's an amazing spiritual teacher who helped me a lot!
𖹭 I think tulpamancy is basically soulbonding especially with extra steps so as long as you are tulpa narrating. I also recommend affirmations and subliminals as well!
𖹭 Hopefully this wasn't too much! If you do practice soulbonding I wish you luck! You got this! I believe in you!
𖹭 I was honestly pretty scared of even posting on Tumblr and other websites about tulpamancy/endos/soulbonds because I've seen it get so much hate. I just have been having a hyperfixations on tulpamancy/soulbonds for months and felt lonely so I decided to try to create a social media image again like I did years ago to inspire others and make friends.
୨୧ ⏔⏔⏔⏔♡⏔⏔⏔⏔ ୨୧ Definitions
𖹭 Metaphysical; “Metaphysical refers to the branch of philosophy (metaphysics) exploring fundamental questions about reality, existence, being, causality, time, space, and consciousness, going beyond the physical world studied by science, dealing with abstract concepts like "what is real?" and "why do things change?". It also describes something highly abstract, subtle, or even fantastical, and in literature, a style focused on deep philosophical inquiry and inventive imagery, exemplified by 17th-century poets like John Donne.” [Google]
𖹭 Soulbonds; “Soulbonding is an intense connection someone feels to a character, which results in that character becoming a presence in their mind, either appearing in headspace or as an internal voice.”
𖹭 Law of Assumption; “The Law of Assumption, popularized by Neville Goddard, is a manifestation principle stating your imagination creates your reality by consistently assuming your desires are already true, feeling that feeling, and living as if they've manifested. It's about changing your inner state (thoughts, beliefs, feelings) to align with your desired outcome, not just positive thinking, but embodying the reality of your wish fulfilled to bring it into your physical experience.” [Pluralpedia]
𖹭 Tulpamancy/Tulpas; “Tulpas are imagined, autonomous beings created by focused mental effort, originating from Tibetan Buddhism as "thoughtforms" but popularized online through communities where people use meditation and visualization to develop them as sentient mental companions, often interacting through internal dialogue or even body possession ("switching"). These modern tulpas (tulpamancy) are distinct from their historical roots but share the idea of a conscious creation existing independently from the creator, acting as friends or aspects of self.” [Google]
