indefinite hiatus

((I am into the semester that is going to be not so much straining in the terms of work load but in the terms of mental strain. When I come back...if I come back...I will decide what happens to this blog if anything. I know there isn’t a lot of you anyway so it may be best to just leave it to rot.

Would it be okay to have a friend of mine write a fanfic of the whole Stan got stabbed scene?

Major pet peeves when it comes to character designs?

bad color pallets.

Those are honestly the first things I notice. Stuff that’s oversaturated, too dark, unnecessary contrast, uses a lot of rainbows, or has just too many colors in it in general.

Also lack of any emphasis in the design kinda can bore me. Exaggerated hair, arms, frame, chubbiness, hell even stuff like the butt or boobs or muscles can be great if emphasized properly. Without flaws or exaggerations or even just a flow/consistency to the design, there’s not a lot of uniqueness.

One final thing is more just a lack of purpose or motive. Even if it’s just a simple, unimpressive goal or even something behavioral, it’s still good for a character to have SOMETHING to work or look forwards to. I like a reason to root for a character (or conversely to chastise them).

how not to play little mac: letting you get baited this easily. Though really if you’re just going to stand by the ledge until he’s going to rush at you that’s going to be a really boring match.

it works really easy on those people who switch to him after you've been countering their other characters. :v This guy switched expecting that he'd be able to take advantage of Mac's cheapness.

If this tactic doesn't work, and you can't bait them into a flying punch off the side, simply use range or air superiority and go to town.
