How easy/hard was it to get a job post grad?

Not hard; McDonalds is always hiring. I’m joshing, but I’m also deadass serious. It is entirely dependent on your area of study. Some careers have very organized job search processes, and some are free for alls. The trick is being willing to do what you have to do (e.g., work at McDonalds) while waiting for the opportunity you really want. Also, all of my jobs I’ve gotten so far have involved some type of “nepotism”; having someone to vouch for you could literally be the deciding factor.

I find the concept of athlete/celebrity spottings interesting because there are some people (e.g., Angel Reese, Beyoncé) who would never be spotted on the street or in a random store. But then you have people like Derrick Rose and Victor Wembanyama who have been spotted just out and about. So it can’t be a wealth thing, but a notoriety or comfort thing (I’m guessing). Anyways … idk if that’s the response you expected, but 🤷🏾‍♀️

So Scientology is technically a church but just in its name. It has no relation to Christianity. At all! The founder was a pseudo scientist who wrote flop sci-fi but since nobody bought his books he started a grifting business and sold this belief to people straight out of his writings. It’s not a church like a place of worship no, but it’s a church like organization in a sense that it’s an institution that they call church.
