I started with Colour of Magic and I felt so happy reading it. I've never laughed so hard out loud at a joke as for the "circumfence" pun. Read up to The Last Continent but Rincewind forever has a special place in my heart for being the first I read!

I love the Color of Magic details honestly; he puts in so many deliberate puns and references and parodies into comparatively little space (I know it’s a long book but it’s not that long!” and of course Rincewind is an excellent tour guide -- just ask Twoflower’s completely unbiased opinion
