hi i’m making the insane shift at 30 yrs old to go from the medical field to chiropteran biology/ecological studies (hopefully, obviously any animal would be amazing) and ummm I’ve been talking with a couple of the brilliant scientists I know from their papers but does anyone have advice on getting their bachelors degree (with intent to get a masters or phd) as a working adult college dropout. did any of u do it? are u happy? was there a good program or way of study? I do have learning disability accommodations but they don’t usually help much. hi
Hi, I didn't forget I had this blog lol I was just starting to make a new game called Field Bio (subject to change) that takes place in the same universe as Roa.
It's a game me and my friend (Bitilope, on Bluesky and Twitter) about being on the field, doing biology ecology stuff, with a focus on story, characters, and such.
The main part of the game will be about setting up trail cameras and touching up photos due to the poor resolution (by drawing over them).
You'll be playing as PIp, a young adult Orni who is under the apprenticeship of Mirabelle, a much older and mature Blood Deer (someone who may or may not be somewhere in Roa, they're not hard to find), in a somewhat populated research hub near Kopen Village.
For now, we've only gotten the fishing part of the game going (mostly because it was easier to conceptualize the design and gameplay for compared to the actual "main" part of the game).
We're aiming for something similar to Voices of the Void (in some aspect), but who knows really it's a lil too early to tell, anyways have more random concept art/doodles I've done.
Anyways, thats what I've been doing for the last month or so, see you in another two months lol
