Yes those plants are obviously a brush….
yeah so i got totally steamrolled in the editing process... it feels like i’m in my first year of newspaper again... getting completely cut up and kicked aside by my editor in chief... but i have to just take it for now, just like back then, because i’m just an undergrad who can’t point out the hypocrisy that he totally brought back stuff HE asked me to throw out because “it was too awkward” or something like that. he even overhauled the only paragraph he said he LIKED. like wtf. it feels like i’m being played with. and i hate that. so, in my email responding to his edits, i mentioned how i liked the synthesis of the past drafts, irb, etc., and then nicely fixed the formatting issues and suggested a couple edits of my own. the other grad student was a part of the email conversation, so he can see what i wrote, and, if the editing grad student did this knowingly, he no longer can deny it or say he did everything.
