Day 4:
Finally piling into a jeep and off to explore the unknown.
Day 3:
Met the strangest river boat captain today. He seems to think he's the reincarnation of Elvis or something. Biggest plus is the view.
Day One-Belém.
Relaxing after a long day of travel. Having a cold glass of Guaraná Antarctica. This is interesting. I don't know that I could describe it. Almost like if Dr. Pepper was invented from an apple direction? Fascinating. There is lovely music on I don't understand and an air of optimism about. I can't wait to try some local delicacies.
So. Every month I'm including a Dopamine Menu. This is not a "we speed run all this stuff and stress ourselves way the hell out" situation. This is a "hey, maybe notice these things this month. See if any of these things make your experience more fun and are accomplishable". This is Wild Heart June. In real life I am absolutely prioritizing a zoo trip. And that skewed what is included. But if you want to take this and tweak it? Have at it my friends.
Life has sucked lately. It's never ending exhaustion and disillusionment. So you know what? I'm going to make my life better. I'm going to imagine a new world to inhabit every month. I'm going to try new foods, books, hairstyles, music, whatever I feel like makes it more real in a fun way. Yes, I'm using AI to supplement as a broke human with chronic illnesses and real life stresses plus a non existant budget for this project. I'm not at all hiding that fact. But I fully plan to use it more as inspiration and storyboarding my own life than any other way.
That being said. I have a variety of themes planned out for the foreseeable months. I have things from my own collection wrapped and ready for the future. I'm using my own memory issues as an advantage in this case. Building myself dopamine boxes for future me.
If any of this sounds interesting feel free to follow along. We'll be starting with Wild Heart June where I go on a (completely made up) journey through South America! Playlists and recipes to come
