idk why, but i really like the concept of the fields of regrets feeling so uncanny to the mortals that end up there, like there are spaces that feel so incredibly liminal in ways they can't quite place
peaceful and beautiful as it is, there's just something underneath the serenity that feels so threatening that you can't quite relax
the friendly skaafin, especially those that better meet mortal beauty standards, are arguably often more dangerous than the ones that would just straight up kill you — the ones that toy with you
also, maybe it's because of feyfolken and vile's ways in general, but i like to think he has ties with the fae, meaning there are fae in his realm as well who are just as soon to ruin your life
