Ingredients: 2 cups frozen corn, thawed. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1 jalapeo, seeded and diced. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded Mexican blend cheese, chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, diced red bell pepper, diced jalapeo, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F 175C for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
