Zro built an underground survival bunker.

People seek out Fifteen in the special she appears in.

Zro invites people to their bunker in the recent episode.

Fifteen tells people to go away because they want to be alone and doesn't wanna help with the subscriber number thing.

Zro calls everyone to his bunker to help solve the problem.
