Though to be honest, i think it was just an excuse for her to go see him alone without the rest of the family around.

Azzy: “Hi there, I’m Azalea, but everyone calls me Azzy.”

???: “Nice to meet you, I’m Fig Boysenberry.”

Azzy: “Welcome to our community.”

Fig: “Thank you, i was a bit surprised to wake up here this morning.”

And every morning she’d go by and drop off food for him.  He wouldn’t starve with her around that was for sure.

She was smitten and it seemed he was as well.

He often times would come over to help us out on the farm.  Azzy continued to work with the plants but always made sure to take some time to talk with Fig while he was here.

I was happy to see that Fig fit into our clan quite easily.  Everyone was impressed with him and I even think Cami might have been a little smitten.

Fig: “Oh, actually the overseer asked that we not talk about our past or home.  But i did come here voluntarily so no need to worry about that.”

Azzy: “Hmm, a mystery.  Alright, i guess it doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things, does it?  For now, let’s get you situated.  Follow me, I’ll introduce you to everyone.”

Azzy: “Oh did the overseer not tell you that you were coming?”

Fig: “No, no they did.  They just didn’t tell me when.  And then i woke up this morning and here i was.  With nothing but this shell of a house.”

Azzy: “How disconcerting.  Well not to worry, we’ll take care of you.  So you don’t have any furniture either?”

Fig: “No, but i can make some with a few supplies.”

Azzy: “We’ll make sure to get them for you.”

Fig: “I appreciate that.”

Azzy: “If you don’t mind me asking....where exactly did you come from?”
