Commander, I've heard on the radio that the guy who runs it has a crush on you. Like, I literally heard the guy say he has a crush on XCOM's commander. Anyways, are you spoken for?

Is that a turtleneck sweater? Dude I love turtlenecks
YES I decided she wears one underneath the silver shroud costume and also maybe in general now I don’t know but I also love turtlenecks and am actively projecting
Is this a Narnia thing?
Ummmmmm *makes wavy-iffy motion with hand??* It’s a bit more specific than that!
If I seem like a manic-depressive beagle puppy about all of this, it's because I manage a roleplay largely centered around XCOM (Enemy Unknown, Slingshot, and Within, with XCOM 2 and EEVEERYTHIING packed in it), and with how depressingly small the fanbase for X-Com is as a whole, I am constantly on the lookout for quality content, and I eagerly consume just about anything I find, always ripping o-, ehr, I mean, drawing inspiration from them so that my skullbox is constantly making new ideas!
Understandable! Me, I’m just absorbing whatever I can put into SFTD and, well, doing that. Is me passion project now. Don’t mind you asking what you do--and if you’d like to ask questions about SFTD itself, I’ll kindly direct you over to the official blog!
Do me dirty: What is a ship you personally cannot stand but eeeeeeeeeveryone and their mother is behind?
Hmmmmmm.... this is a tough one. There are very very few ships I’d say that I can’t stand in XCOM. Especially ones that is backed by majority?
Like as far as XCOM is concerned, the Community Accepted Ships are: Moxrider, Central/Commander, Hunter/OC, Viper/OC, and I LOVE all of those ships.
Possibly.. Vahlen/Commander? That’s fairly popular as a ship I think for the EU crowd but I’ve never been a fan of the ship. I wouldn’t say I personally can’t stand it, but it’s one that I’m just like. “meh, you do you, not my cup of tea.”
Hunter/OC is I suppose a tricky one. I ship @grace-kohai‘s Hunter (Mordenna) with her Commander (Eliza, also, shameless plug for her story, which y’all should read), and I like @ask-the-elders-chosen‘s Hunter and V.
But it really, really depends on how the Hunter is written Like, Dhag-Mai for example, my own Hunter, would need MAJOR personality reworks / aka a HUGE TON of character development to make any ship work.
