Sometimes it’s telling a 13 year old how much they are needed, wanted, and loved in this world.
Sometimes it’s waiting for them to go tell their parents that they are thinking of killing themselves tonight. Waiting with them so they don’t feel so alone. So they don’t feel scared.
Something I wish I had back at these kids’ ages. This is why I do what I do, so that these kids will have had someone to hold them through the night so they could see the sun rise the next morning.
