ugh I gained like 4kg over Christmas too! There’s just always too much food at my parents’ house! I have to stop myself from eating when I’m there xD I want to lose at least 6kg so I can fit into my old clothes :D

Well -6kg sounds good to me! I need to enforce good eating habits. v_v I'm a typical stress eater so that's going to be fun. But the 30 minutes training everyday is actually what my doctor told me to do. Sooo I'll give it a chance!
