Day 2 - was probably a week after D1. fight the self-blame with encouraging self to break the not-doing-anything streak. Keep moving forward, me.
Day 3 - closed the gap. It’s right after day 2. go go go!
Day 4 - missed two days in between but we'll still keep going. Did 4 more reps than before, started feeling out of breath but the comfort of the end helped push me through. To the day that I will take comfort in my own strength instead 🍻
